does anyone know of a web site where I might get tech support for the problem below? Thanks
I live in Costa Rica and the tv repair people here are either not informed or crooks so I need to know what to fix before I call them. I may also have to find the parts in the USA. Here is my problem.
MODEL #VS 70803 <br>My TV, a Mitsubishi big screen, bottom projection about 10 years old. <br>After a storm caused an electrical surge, (surge protector did not work) <br>I get a menu screen. if you try to exit the menu, it turns off the tv, but it restarts all by itself. If you leave the tv on, it shuts off then restarts by itself after about 3 minutes. always with a menu screen. <br>Can anyone help me? <br>Thanks so much <br>Bob <br>
