The usual for any TV is the output IC is shot or dry joint, replace that and the small electrolytics hanging off it and it should be OK. There should also be a low value resistor feeding it, chances are thats open. If you have a meter all are easy found, the capacitor has one end to the IC and the other to a diode, The IC is near the line stage on a heat sink and the resistor is off a diode from the flyback transformer, it may be before or after the diode and there should be a 1000uF or there abouts filter cap on the same line.
