remote code	Can't Post

Not sure if this is the right place so here go's. just got a new sylvania lcd and I have comcast cable my problem is I can't get the comcast (motarola) remote to work the tv, I have tried all the codes in the manual and the search but still can't get it any ideas?

Comcast (I always thought it was Motorola?) should know their product. They are unable to help you?

Your set could be so new that their remote was never "taught" that code. Wink
