samsung un40f5000af Can't Post

I have a samsung un40f5000af with sound but no picture. I ran the flashlight test and can see the picture. I went to the power board and measured 300VDC on1+ and 3+. The power board is a bn44-00609a. The voltage seems high to me but I cant find any more information on this board. Does anyone know this info or where to get the information about this TV ?

With everything as the factory intended, unplug CNM803 on power board. IF LEDs Do not come on (and stay on), you have one (or more) failed LEDs due to running the TV with the backlight intensity at 100% since the day it was new. Wink

The backlights are the ONLY action that should occur. Don't expect to have audio, flashlight test video, keyboard/remote/power LED response, etc. Main board is without power.
Panel backlights = OFF when the AC cord is unplugged, ON when the AC cord is plugged in.

ok Then with the ac plugged in and that connector removed I should still see the 300 VDC proving the backlights are out. Do you think its worth it trying to replace them. It sound like it could be a nightmare.
Thanks

For ONE LED to light, it requires three to three and a half volts.
For 91 LEDs to light, assuming my Jethro Bodine math skills are still working, it would require something around 273 to 318 volts.
