slow remote response	Can't Post

I have a Toshiba 32rv753.The problem is that when switched out of standby i cannot get it to load teletext.After maybe 15minutes or so i can then load teletex and search without any problem.I have switched off at the mains (hard reset)and this does`nt help.Anyone got any suggestions?
