sony kv27v10 Can't Post

i have a sony tv model kv-27v10.
problem was it wont turn on.after testing i found q601,q602 shorted as well as q591.then the 607 fuse resistor was open.
q601 and q602=c4834
q591=c4927.
i replace all this then tv turn on but after like 3minutes i so a thin black line on the right of the screen follow by a sound made by the fuse resistor which blow out.
then the same components went bad.what else could be causing this.thank you
c4927 is the horizontal transistor and c4834 are switching regulators i think 7v regulators

Try telling us what these transistors do, you are on the ww web so for two reasons you want to give better details. !/ I may not have that circuit. 2/ I have the circuit, but blow you why should I search my files to find it. So be more specific and you may be a happier chappie.

Everytime,you have to resolder all power/horiz circuit..
also,check and replace VDR's in power supply.
