Hi guys,
Need you help. I have a 10 year old sony kv32s15 model which worked fine up until about a month ago. The problem I have now is when I turn it on the screen flashed OFF and ON for several minutes until it's warmed up. After that it seems to work fine. I know ZERO about tv electronics, so I am wandering if this is something a novice can fix. Also, the tv has been unplugged for a week now, what are the chances of getting a shock when I open it up. Thanks in advance
