I have a TC-40A420U that doesn't power on. It powers on for few seconds, than it turns off and red light blinks continuously. I have the service manual, I checked the test points on the P-Board, 5.3 v and 24 v are fine but 16 V only at the power on, then the voltage drops.
I also wanted to check A-Board, but couldn't find the test points on the board. There are 5 test points, but couldn't locate them.
I am not sure where to check for failure, power supply or main or ?.
any kind of help is appreciated. tks
