my sony tv is having a trouble in its video but has a good audio output.i know that i have a problem in video circuits but i wasnt sure where to start.i doubt if jungle ic had been damage.i was confused coz i can still see the horizontal scanning lines and think raster is ok.is there a way to test for a video signal using a multitester?plsss need idea.
