testing tv motherboards Can't Post

I am after some advice on testing the motherboards in lcd TV's.

I purchased a replacement motherboard off ebay recently hoping it would fix the lcd tv I was working on, but unfortunately it has not cured the problem.

The psu and inverter boards are ok, so I am beginning to think the new motherboard may have been faulty.

Any suggestions / comments would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Derek
