tv works no picture agc volts down to 4.5v change tuner no result bascally the tv not receiving any signal from tuner assistance please

there is audio frying sound but it sounds like when youre tuning a tv for better reception

dont have remote to go to A/V chanel down to chanel 1 and place a dvd video signal and got movement on screen am goin to get remote from owner and reply back to u

Ok your going to have to be a little more clear of the symptoms, by no picture do you mean no raster? Or do you mean "no reception" and there is "static" on the screen. If there is audio even "frying" (I think you mean static") do you have an antenna or cable applied? Is the static or "frying" on all channels?

cable is hook up on set , there is raster, no reception and static sound
