toshiba 27df46 help	Can't Post

hello i just bought this tv,april 20th.its a flat screen sdtv.even when it is off,it has black lines on inside of screen,about 1/4" thick. on the left side,and the right side it has two clear dots inside the black boarder.the picture shines through these dots.it is especially disturbing at night. i talked to best buy,no help. i talked to toshiba no help. HELP.

Dots on the right sideare 2 phosphur dots and are part of the picture so are normal, go to the shops you will see most modern TVs have that. Lines on the left, try a blank AV channel if that has no lines, its your reception, if that has lines ask them to check it out. Drop the complaint as to the 2 dots, makes the rest sound like you just want to complain.
