toshiba 32dv502b	Can't Post

Got no power light on my TV. Checked the fuse in the plug, took the back off and checked continuity of the cable coming in but expected to find a glass fuse to change to cure all my woes, sadly not the case.

Any ideas what next? I'm fairly decent with a multimeter as I use it in work, but no idea what to be testing.

Any ideas greatfuly received.

Start with power supply. See if any of the places where the connectors plug into are labeled with abbreviations (either on the top or on the foil side of board). Board part numbers might be helpful.
