My Toshiba 62hm15 will not power on when it becomes cold outside. The temperature outside is the only common demoninator this problem has, as it has never been a problem over the summer. We have it sitting next to a large bank of windows so the outside temperature does greatly effect it. Because of the size of the TV it is impossible to move it somewhere else. I can hear it attempting to turn on and you can see little boxes appear on the screen before it shuts itself off and tries to restart it. The lamps on the front are telling me the lamp inside the TV is bad but I just purchased a new one and am having the same problem. Is this a common problem, or more importantly one worth hiring someone to fix?
