troubles with sound

I'm having troubles with the sound on my Panasonic T.V. (Quintrix F)
It will be fine one min. then it just switches off, i have to hit
the back of the t.v. to get it to work again, sometimes i have to hit it for ages until it works,
but now it won't work (it's only 2 or 3 years old)
can it be fixed??
