You need the instruction of the remote, if you lost that then toss it out and start again, or buy another of the same brand and you got a spare. To think that you can find a code of a 4 digit number I gave up at 46656 and still had 4x9 to go
This thread has me wondering how some folks manage to wake themselves up, bathe, get dressed, eat, and then carry out their business, on a daily routine!
This will work for most GE remotes: Turn the TV on. Press and hold the CODE SEARCH/SETUP button untill the light the light stays on and release. Press the TV button. press and release the power button continuously intil the set turns off. Press the ENTER/SAVE button and the indicator light will go off and you should be programmed.
