vstore.ca	Can't Post

I have ordered (April 6 2009) a convergence repair kit for a JVC av-48wp34 TV from the vstore.ca web site. So far I have not received the repair kit or an email from them as to the status of a shipping date. I emailed them the other day about the status and no reply. Anybody else had this issue with this company? I can not find a phone number to call. I can check my account on their site but it just states I have ordered the kit. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I would send them another email, as I have always had good results with them, but I do know they have literally hundreds of customers so a email is easially misplaced as they do free tech support.
