warrantech service contract

 my 55inch rear projection mitsubishi tv quit the second week in sept. the repair coumpany rac made 5 attempts to repair it in my home. they took the box on the sixth trip. we are now at wed the 25 of oct and warrantech has just authorized rac to order a picture tube. we don't know if that will repair the set.
warrantech has drugged their feet for weeks and nobody there knows what the other one is doing. I think it is really sad the way they have followed up on this repair.
will post next effort on their part.
