ws65511 no power

Have mitsubishi ws65511 and replaced caps on dm board last year. Left in a storage unit over winter while we moved and now not powering up. Green timer light not coming on checked what fusses i could find and ohmed out ok. Green light on at dm. plug pe pin 9 -12v, pin 11-24v, plug pd pin 3 -3v, pin 5- 0 v should be 5v, plug pf pin 7-12v, pin 11-28v
any help would be great
