It looks like you need BOTH convergence ICs replaced....
Give me some time to track down some genuine SANYO ICs...
I'll get back ASAP ....
In the mean time , you might want to take a look at ALL the power supply voltages that feed the convergence ICs...
Just to make sure that they are getting ALL the proper voltages ...
Let me know what you find...
