Missing Scan Line

Tom9589 New User May 6, 2016, 3:06 PM Views: 2872 Missing Scan Line New to working on flat screens, but no stranger to repairing analog TVs (paid for all my college tuition). I'm working on an Insignia 24" LCD with fluorescent backlight. It appears that I am missing one horizontal scan line about 1/2" from the top of the screen. What are the possible causes? 1. Bad flat screen 2. Bad driver circuitry 3. Bad connection Thanks for any advice or help. Tom (I still miss tubes and high voltage)
