RCA F36444

Hey guys I just got an RCA F36444 36" TV from work that has a problem with vertical alignment. It is intermittent, as sometimes the picture will be fine, but most of the time it is off center (pointed upwards with a horizontal line near the top). Above the horizontal line there are more lines spaced evenly. Here's a lame picture I took to better illustrate the problem:

What do you guys think? I'm no guru, but I was hoping it'd be something easy to fix.

Re: [liam] RCA F36444

That will be iF01 (TDA8172) and CF05 (220mfd @ 35v ) and oem I.C. part only!

Re: [Paulpablo] RCA F36444

So the only thing for this would be to replace the vertical deflection unit? I've heard it could be a dry solder somewhere. What's the CF05?
