I've just bought a second-hand (though in good cosmetic condition) JVC S-VHS VCR (HR-S1902U) and there's bands of snow (1-3 depending on recorded mode) on the picture of every VHS tape I try and play. Recording new stuff though has a nice clear picture so no problem there. What's the problem and how can I fix it? I'm not afraid to get in the VCR and tackle it myself if it's not too much trouble... Any help would be much appreciated!
