Is there is some way to know if it is board problem or panel problem as the main board is expensive to buy for test.

You can try switching the panel to test mode. And it will switch different colors. In the browser search, type the panel test panel. (Not all panels have a test)

Finally I found another working well board and try it.
IT is the panel, but when I run dos screen it gives
a full and doubled screen on panel.
