It almost looks like the red has shifted 4inches to the right. There is a red line where the red ends. There is no red on the right and the rest is blurry. Ideas??

Yikes, you got a big problem no! You just have bad STK's, they are what control your convergence, it is very important that you do not try to fix this issue, if it doesn't move. Stop trying, whenever you fix it you convergence will be very off. The STK's, as I said before are IC's that control your convergence. IC801 & IC802 located on your main board, in this case they are STK394-250 part # 267P173010. Now, all you need to do is change them out, you will need to do soldering. Lots, make sure you do not bridge any of the pins. If you would like to, I can send you the service manual for $5.00 for this TV that could help you out a lot. Let me know at tekmenlos@yahoo.com. ...Lates...

Great, sorry I have been absent. I went on vacation. But, yeah, Sanyo are actually the ones that are stock on the TV. I wish you good luck. Remember, if you tried touching up the convergence after you fix the mechanical problem you might have to adjust convergence again. Even though you do not see the convergence mooving the parameters do change and they will look bad if you tried touching up the convergence. Good luck!!!
