You need to re-solder the pins on the vertical I.C.

You don't need a schematic for this repair . Find I.C. 301( 7 pin Flat with large heat sync) and resolder the pins.

Paul I fixed that bug -- then a storm came through an took it down. It wasn't on at the time but when I went to turn it on --NO POWER AT ALL. Please advise ! Thanks in advance. Power supply or?

Check fuses,diodes,transistors ect. in power supply.
