You can't deminish totally since the outer layer protector is thin plastic, You can lessen the visibility by applying an oil-based spray solutions ( for cars) an allow to dry. You may wanna have a pre-cut thin glass overlay in front of the monitor to disguise the whole flaws. go to the hardware and have it cut one. take care! denonjapan made in japan

I have dealt with Millions of screen scratches. Obviously it is too dangerous to try to buff them out. There are two products I have found successful one is goof off wipes they help take the white debris off the scratch. The other is Monster screen clean sold at best buy this also polish's the screen up.
