I'm sure the set has a broader range than only one station. It should have a way to scan (or manually add/delete or block) stations into memory. I'm sure the exact procedure is stated in the owner's manual. ------------------------- Location: Far, Far Away

I dont think the POMS ever loved the FEINIANS so perhaps this is the outcome. But no, jokes aside there must be a search tune mode on the thing, try that.

i know how to tune stations, it tunes in E$, Chanell 4 and it tunes in Discovery, but because the uk uses a different system for recieving stations over here it wont tune in our stations that i can get on any other tv, like bbc1 and rte or even comedy central it won't tune them in. i have the european equivilent tuner for this tv and when i put it in the set kept starting up and shutting down. so i dont know either if i could modify the tuner in it, or get the european tuner to work without the set shutting down.

you are trying to get a 15 year old tv to do what a new one can do, ie auto tune to vhf, uhf pal or secam or ntsc. it just ain't going to happen.if you change the tuner to a non standard one the micro will detect this and shut down the tv thinking there is a fault. if you have the service manual you may be able to alter in the service menu the options to receive other systems
