72" Philips	Can't Post

Hello, i recently started having trouble with my Philips big screen TV. When i click the power button it starts making clicking noises but the TV itself does not turn on. It also will no turn off once i click the power button it just sits there, making clicking noises. Anyone have any suggestions? One of my friends thought it might be one of the fuses.

I'm happy you got the ONLY 72" Philips big screen TV they ever made.
I'm sure you are well acquainted with the set, but the rest of us use model & chassis numbers. Angelic

CRT Direct-view I think can be ruled out. That leaves CRT rear projection, DLP, plasma, LCD ...
