Hello, I turned my tv on today only to hear a poping sound coming from the rear panel . Well, I'm a little tool wise so I took the lens asembly off and cleaned it thinking it might help, it didn't. The arc is coming from that part that resembles a spark plug cap, its poping and an arc is jumping aroud that cap. Can I fix it or is it history? Comments: - the popping came from the middle CRT i guess you call it i have the back off trying to pinpoint the sound and it made the noise to the left and above the splitter When it come on there is a distinctive electric "clicking-popping" sound being made and the picture has a "electrical interference" at the same time as the sound. I can definitely trace the sound to the part where the HV module wire plugs into the bottom of what I would call a splitter block. There are (3) additional wires that go from this "splitter block" to each of the CRT's. The id sticker for this part is # A-17813-01. Is this the culprit part? What is this part called? Where to get a replacement cheap? Zenith R57W46 57 in.
