Protective screen Can't Post

I have a Hitachi Ultravision that my boys have broken the outer protective screen on twice. Can I get a clear sheet cut from Home Depot to do the job or are there antiglare properties on the special ones that are sold for the big screen tv's?
Thanks !!!!

Without knowing the model number it's possible or not. Many Hitachi's use a coated front screen which is not replaceable with just a standard clear protective screen. Hold onto to your wallet as those are very expensive. <br>

Most hardwares or Glass stores have those plexiglas sheets. Clear won't work, however, Im pretty sure they can tint it for you lightly in black, bring the remains from the broken piece and have them copy it.....or you can do it yourself.
