Sony convergence problem?

Sony KP53V15 has yellow and blue ghosting shadows on images mostly on the right hand viewing portion of the screen. Seems to be a convergence issue, as when it is in convergence setup mode, there are yellow lines extended from the tips of the convergence cross. Red and blue convergence will align, but these yellow tips remain. I went into service mode and looked around, but I do not have any info as to if it could be corrected there, so I left it alone for fear of creating more problems. Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone advise a fix? Thanks to all, Leo
