LTV-32w6 HD	Can't Post

I've been trying to repair this tv. When ever I push the power button the led just blinks on and right back off. I test all the parts on the power supply every thing was good. When I reconnected it, it came back on. But when I tried to turn it off it stayed on. So I hit surge protector so I could move it closer to the cable cord. Try again and it just blinks again. Anyone have any ideas?

Well mine is working now somehow, unknown to me. Try disconnecting the power supply from the motherboard for a couple hours.
