Hello, I am looking at this TV and wondering if it's a good deal or not?

I have a Panasonic plasma 52" already and it's not horrible but when scenes are dark, you can't really tell what's happening and the brightness is up the full way, so I'm just looking into what's out there. This seems like a legit deal and seems to have good reviews, any suggestions on whether I should get this or not?
