Repair of KDL32L4000

Hi everyone
This with respect to
Sony TV, Model No. KDL32L4000 made in Hungerie, Purchased in U.K
When my TV was ON, due to high voltage (because of thunder storm) Sony KDL-32L4000 TV went OFF (no burning indication observed). When power restored TV is not Switching ON. The power ON indicator is not glowing when it is switched ON. By examination the 10A HRC fuse inside the plug is intact (good condition). The cable setup box is not working (not switching on). The power ON indicator of setup box is also not glowing. I have not opened the TV to look inside for any burning / physical damages have happened.
Can you please suggest me what i have to do in this condition, should I open and look inside the TV for any other protection fuse available which has protected my TV from high voltage. And any physical damages for IC/components.
What could have happen to my TV and how much it cost for repair of the same? Is there any person who can take up the repair In Bangalore?
