Broken TV Can't Post

I purchase a plasma 42" in Feb 06 and begin to have problems in Mar. 06. We have been calling phillips about the TV and have not made no progress yet, it seems we have been getting the run around. Phillips will not return your call. the repair person in the town we live in finally pick up the TV in August and have not fixed the TV as of this time. Everyone is giving us the run around instead of replacing the TV they rather guest at changing part and hope that fix the problem. Phillips act as though they have not had no complaints with these type of TV's and have not heard of any complaints. I know now, that was untruthful what the representative from phillip told us. If any one have had this problem and their problem was resolved please let me know what I have to do to get my Tv repaired or replaced. My email address is mmorris27909@earthlink.net

Re: [madtvuser] Broken TV [In reply to] Can't Post

You have cited a good example to previous revelations I had stated in the past. WARRANTY ISSUES, QUALITYWISE, AND VALUE. As hard as imagined your pain is something we shouldn't focus to, It's just a matter of taste, poor judgement, lack of resourceful informations, perhaps you weren't aware it happened to you personally but that's LIFE!..Consider this experience as a DONE DEAL. Bad luck is bad luck. Don't live blaming anybody!..........PHILLIPS has no admission to conclude your claim cause the reality of it is: nobody CAN!.....don't be afraid! get another! pay attention this time!
