DELL W4200power problem

Hello all i picked up a dell w4200 plasma tv today, it will come on and show the vga input and snow, then it will shut down, unplug it and it will do the same thing. My question is what should i look at first, power supply seems to be doing its job, where should i poke at next, i get all green lights on the power supply and the tuner board then when it shuts down there is a red led on the power supply board,thanks for the help.
