Panasonic TH-50PX50U Help!

I have a Panasonic TH-50PX50U that has trouble after it warms up for about 15-20 Min. The picture is great on this thing untill the waarm up and then it shows some red and green Dashes that seem to go vertical on the screen. I have enclosed the picture in hopes someone can help pin point what board may cause this problem Please see the picture here. http://i178.photobucket.com/.../bornasniper/003.jpg The blue back ground is not the problem as thats just a background from my cable box
