need help Can't Post

This question is strange but hopefully someone can give me an answer. I have a 50" maxent plasma and I hate it. It was a given to me from a relative. There is still a warranty on it and I'm trying to figure out how to fry this tv to get something better. Is there anyway at all to get this thing to stop working or malfunctioning w/o making it look obvious when I take it back? Thanks

I don't think a warranty will give you another plasma brand or cash, I think they will just replaced it with same model or maybe a newer Maxent model.

Can't you just return it to the store ? Or exchange it ?
