hi my name is laser, and im a technician. I have a sylvania plasma tv model 6842pfm. My problem is the main power supply board. the set is dead, i have checked all fuses, and resistors, and diodes. and I cant find anything burnt on the board, I do not have a schematic diagram .A little help from any one would be appreciated. its a very good set it and I dont want to dish out money for a new board if i can repair this one

laser, the Plasma element is out! You can buy a power supply and all extrasss, it's not going to work! IT'S OUT!!!!!!!!!!

I have the sylvania 6842 also. Replaced the power supply board. Now I have a picture but the color is not right. Any suggestions?

Hi Laser my name is Mike I have the same TV and it looks like I have the same problem .The TV was on and all of a sudden I heard a pop and the TV went out and now it does not turn back on , can this problem be fixed ,my email address is malik3077@Yahoo
