I have a sumsung projection tv, mod# pck520r, that the picture tube fluid have leak onto the h/v module and arcing the h/v. What is the best procedure and cleaning solutions to remove the dried fluid? I can't get a replacement from sumsung. I can get a kit to repair the board If needed. jotis
