ALL OF THE TV WARRANTY OPTIONS ARE FOR IN-HOME SERVICE. The Projector Warranties are not in-home contracts. Mack Warranty will use the nearest AUTHORIZED service center to you, and it has been explained to me by my Mack representative that they will call that location nearest to you, tell them the problem, give them a credit card number and tell them to go fix your TV and put all charges on that credit card. Simple as that.

If you have any questions, please post them in this thread, and I will answer the question for everyone.

You can order by sending email to tapeworksdontae@sbcglobal.net with the following information:

1. Name
2. Complete Address
3. Warranty you are interested in (Option 1, 2,3, or 4, or OTHER for one not listed)
4. A phone number where you can be contacted for payment information.

Thanks,
