Hitachi Convergence Problem

Hello, I have a Hitachi 43FDX01B. The Red Convergence is out and I have tried the convergence key, no help. The vertical part of the red starts out as a lign at the top right of the screen then opens up (or splits) into two lines about the middle and then comes back together at the bottom of the screen.
I don't have any problems working on this TV just not for sure what to do. Would really appreciate some help on this item.
