PT51G36E	Can't Post

When first turned on the CRT's flash . After warmup ( about 5 min ) the flashing stops & there is a sideways figure 8 at the bottom 4 inches of the screen . The rest of the screen is black . Found Q701 to be defective ( not shorted ) but would like to know the voltages associated with this transistor or if a service manual would be available by anyone . Some of the resistors in this area have ran so hot that i cannot indentify the correct resistance . Thanks if can help !
