PTK195 projection chassis

Hi guys, I have a PTK195 projo in for service. I haven't seen very many of these 195 projection chassis come through here for some reason, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what I might be in for with it. It just chirps (continuously pulsing at about two pulses per second) faintly from plug in, and doesn't even try to power up when you hit the power switch. Any suggestions appreciated on this one.
