I have a panasonic plasma tv model no. TH-42PW-5 Anyway the screen got cracked when my wife was moving it around. (I was not home). I got it from circuit city 3 months ago with the service contact. Does anyone know if the TV can be fixed. I called a panasonic service place in NY and the said it would cost aroun 4,000 dollars to fix. And he said my 800$ service contract will not cover it. Does anyone know if that is true. Does anyone know how much it really cost to fix it? Am I really screwed. Please any info will be appreciated.
