LC-70LE650U display problem

Hi! Newby here. I got this LC-70LE650U from work. It was working there no problem. But when I got it home and fired it up it looks like this.

I tried two different computers and two different cables but to no effect.
I had 3 years of electrical engineering in school so I can muddle around but I definitely have no real knowledge. Any ideas of what I might try?
