RCA VCR Help Can't Post

I have an RCA 4 head HI-FI VCR that quit working. It made a squealing sound and then would shut off. I took the cover off and was able to manually remove the tape. Reinserted the tape and it it fed a lot of tape off the reel and bunched up. I noticed one of the reels did not turn. I found that the drive belt was stretched and had come off. I replaced the belt thinking I had fixed the problem, but now when playing a tape there is only sound and no video. In record mode It will record sound but still no video, just a black screen. Does anyone have an idea where the problem might be. I know it is not worth having it fixed as I have already replaced it, but I enjoy trying to fix things. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
