SAMSUNG 27" TV	Can't Post

I turned on my Samsung TV and the picture come up with the center blue, around that is green and the outside is red. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like a degaussing problem.... magnetization of the CRT. Unplug the set for an hour or two. Be sure there are no magnetic sources near the set, such as speakers. If the problem continues, I suspect a bad CRT... unless the unit has been impacted which would indicate either CRT damage or yoke dislodge.
