I have recently been given a Matsui VX1000 VCR, but without a manual. Although easy to use it has some strange characteristics. The only way to setup recordings, rewind and fast forward is via the handset. I cannot see anyway of using these function of the VCR itself. I also cannot work out how the VCR is tuned to the TV. Has anyone a similar machine or possibly a manual which would unravel the mysteries of this machine.
